Topic of the 2007 competition
Revitalization of a disused industrial zone, the Flour Mill Lepoivre in Saint Venant : to create, on the site of the Lepoivre flour mill, a crossroads of meetings for cultural and teaching vocation, on a communal, regional, national and international scale. Moreover, these spaces will be used by companies envolved with enviromental issues.
The Award Jury met on June the 29th and 30th.
